Ryca Energy LLC owns assets in Louisiana through its wholly-owned subsidiary Ryca Energy Partners LLC and royalty interests in Oklahoma through its wholly-owned subsidiary Ryca Investments LLC. The operated properties in Louisiana are located in Winn, LaSalle and Concordia Parishes.
Winn Parish, LARyca Energy LLC currently owns and operates assets located in the Colgrade Field in Winn Parish. The assets are conventional, 100% oil, and produce from the Upper Wilcox formation. The assets were acquired in July 2012 as part of the Quiet Sun acquisition. Ryca's corporate office is also located in the Parish in Winnfield. These assets are a part of the company's Northern District.
LaSalle Parish, LALasalle Parish is home to the majority of Ryca Energy LLC's assets. The assets were aquired from Harter Oil, Quiet Sun, E&P, and F250 between April 2011 and November 2017. The assets are located in the Tullos Urania, Olla, and Nebo Hemphill fields. They are conventional, 100% oil, and produce from the Sparta, Upper Wilcox, and Middle Wilcox formations. Ryca's field office is located in the Parish in Tullos. The assets are a part of the company's Northern district.
Concordia Parish, LARyca Energy LLC acquired these assets in February 2017 from multiple owners. The assets contain numerous large lease holdings and target numerouse formations from 4000' to 8000' in depth. The acquisition of these assets represented a different geological approach than existing assets and demonstrated Ryca's desire to grow and explore new horizons. These assets make up the company's Eastern District.

Ryca Energy Partners LLC acquires assets in Concordia Parish, Louisiana.
Ryca Energy Partners LLC acquires assets from F250 LLC located in LaSalle Parish, Louisiana.
Ryca Energy LLC acquires all Energy Trust Partners LLC interest in Ryca Energy Partners LLC.

All Ryca Energy LLC field employees are certified in Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) in addition to CPR/First Aid. Monthly safety meetings are also conducted to keep field personnel up to date on the latest changes and procedures.
Ryca Energy LLC utilizes approved contractors that not only demonstrate but also share our our values for Environmental, Health, and Safety.
Protecting the enviroment is one of Ryca Energy LLC's core values. We continually focus on the protection of air quality, water and the land on which we conduct operations.
We do our best to manage our operations so that a spill or any accidental release does not occur. However, in the event of an unplanned release or spill of any type, our employees are trained and prepared to handle the incident. We have spill response equipment and secondary containment on standby, spill response plans in place (SPCC Plans), and utilize safety shudown and automatic real-time call out systems.
Pelican Environmental and Safety LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ryca Energy LLC. The company was formed to ensure that we have access to qualified personnel and services for our operations.
